One Igarashi Ambassadors Meeting was held in June 2025. This was the first face-to-face meeting in two years since 2023.
The One Igarashi Project has established a group-wide code of conduct called the "Igarashi Way" and is working to create a corporate culture throughout the group with five keywords: "Commitment, Improvement, Proactivity, Communication, Cooperation."
Each entity has members called "One Igarashi Ambassadors" who are at the forefront of activities to drive the Igarashi Group forward into the future, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction (CS) and employee satisfaction (ES) based on the five keywords.
